What’s Next for Federal Small Business Relief?

May 7, 2020 1:00 pm EDT1:00 pm - 2:00 pm EDT

Get the Business Relief facts right from someone who works with the SBA and the State of Massachusetts.

Program Overview

For many businesses, the latest round of federal disaster relief programs were confusing and gone before many deserving businesses could take advantage of them. Many companies who applied for either EIDL or PPP programs are in limbo. And cash flow is getting tighter and tighter.

What’s next?

Businesses will need to find innovative financing options to help get back on track.

During the Office Hour, you will be asked if you would like to share your answers to the following questions (you can choose your level of anonymity in answering these questions):

  1. What would you have done differently to prepare your business?
  2. Without a crystal ball, how do you prepare for your post-pandemic business future?
  3. What was the number one business take-away from recent events you learned that will likely follow you through the rest of your business career?

  • There will be a brief presentation at the beginning of the Office Hour and then we will share innovative examples of selling strategies.
  • Participants will then share their answers to the above questions.
  • We will conclude with an Ask the Expert segment where attendees can get one-on-one advice from the presenter.

This session is limited to 20 attendees so it will remain informative and interactive.

Our April Office Hours had an average overall rating of 4.8 out of 5. Here is what attendees have said about the experience:

“Being able to engage with experts and discuss and share ideas and strategies was great!”…John D.

“Great interaction. Sharing and receiving suggestions from experts in a small group setting was invaluable…”Mark F.
