April 22, 2020 12:00 pm EDT12:00 pm - 1:00 pm EDT

Helping your business survive in these challenging times

Program Overview

Regardless of what industry we are in, 2020 has redirected us all as business people. The majority of us need to consider how we can downsize and streamline our business, reducing fixed costs, while actively seeking a competitive advantage to grow and prosper.

Whether it means outsourcing in combination with reducing headcount or focusing on new business specialties, we will discuss multiple solutions and share current business solutions to brand new problems that may not have existed 4 months ago.

All attendees will  have one on one time with the expert to discuss and get solutions to their COVID-19 business challenges.  Attendees will also be able to ask questions anonymously.

This session is limited to 10 attendees so it will remain informative and interactive. It will be recorded if you want to share it later with other members of your team.
